Insurance And Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery:

When we treat you as a patient and you incur a fee, this is your legal obligation and not a liability of your insurance company.  What does this mean?  Your insurance benefits may or may not offer benefits, we will file your insurance form and accept the insurance payment. However, if your insurance company does not compensate us with the entire fee or does not reimburse us without delay (within 60 days of the date the papers are filed)., it will be up to your to pay the total charges promptly.

All accounts are payable in full within 90 days of surgery.   A carrying charge of 1 1/2 percent to be added to account balance for each billing over 90 days.
